Patience and time
There's no use except for the invisibility if that wasn't there it would just be a legendary and its and upgrade I had for a long time and
Haven't unlocked it and others have it unlocked when it started

1 RespuestaWell, it has Precision optics for low zoom(really good for PVP) 3rd eye for radar while zoomed in A 4 or 6 round mag A perk for stability(combined with the barrel for it the recoil is extremely manageable) Looks greater than most legendaries Arc damage As you stated cloak If you got it recently, it comes ascended.
