My post got buried in the All section so I'm putting it here where it should go actually. Anyways First of all let me start out by saying I'm extremely excited for this update. Auto rifles will be back, shotguns will be a little less effective, Thorn and TLW will be great, but not OP grenades and horseshoes will see a slight nerf, and overall I think we shall see a variety of guns being used that personally makes me excited. The Hand Cannon nerf in general I thought was unnecessary and will trash all hand cannons not named Hawkmoon, Thorn, and TLW, but meh not so mad as I'm due for a nice break from them. Now to the point. Anyone else feel like slow ROF high impact Pulse rifles (Red Death) and faster firing Scouts (Mida) could possibly rule the new meta? I know medium fire pulses get a slight nerf, but slow fire high impact ones won't. Again I'm excited but I feel like nerfs were handed out left and right to everything but Scouts and Pulses (Even Autos got a stability and damage drop off nerf) My main is the Hopscotch Pilgrim, so all that happens is that I get a nice addition to my mag size, and that I'll still be able to drop people quickly, but otherwise everything else gets worse except for Autos and Scouts. Thoughts? And please be serious. No trolls lol Edit: I posted this in a reply already but I guess I seem to disagree with people about what I consider high rof, medium rof, and slow rof. The Eddict clearly fires very fast with low impact. The Allfate clearly has a slower fire rate with medium impact. The Messenger clearly has an EVEN SLOWER rof with very high impact. Maybe it was worded incorrectly, maybe they are targeting medium rof pulses, or maybe Bungie considers Messenger and Allfate to be medium rof. Not sure exactly but there's a clear disparity in rate of fire between the 2. So I'm guessing since the notes clearly say MID rof, there must be a faster class and a slower. Common sense tells me that. This is why I'm making this post about Pulses. I feel like Hopscotch and Messenger could be a bit unbalanced if Bungie sees the rof disparity that I (and everyone else that is willing to look at the stats themselves) see, then yes that's why I see what I can see. Edit2: K so, it appears that it'll be a Hard Light master race according to a large mass of people. I seem to have slept on that gun, but I feel like people will sleep on Monte Carlo xD
