Well they could at least have the swords drop from the knights that use them. That and the husk of the pit, I hate the idea of having to continuously farm that mission for one.

It's a lot faster to farm the Fist of Crota than to farm patrol for blades. I think the reason they took them out was because people were stealing the sword or killing the acolytes to prevent getting blade kills. You can farm 4-5 blades in the Fist of Crota before one spawns in patrol. Also if you are in story mission no one can do the aforementioned.

Yeah now that you point that out it is definitely easier to do the mission. I just hate load screens is what it is.

Also just keep your head up it will drop I have gotten a husk since HoW. Just got my crux last week for my second necrocasm. It's just RNG.

Well that's no issue for me, got like 3 or 4 during the time with the blades. I personally never used the mission to make my life easier simply because of load screens. I have yet to get the crux though.
