Oftentimes, when an atheist is asked why they don't believe in God, they say that it's because direct evidence doesn't (and can't) exist for him.
They use the fact that no proof exists as proof against God.
That is illogical and it goes both ways.
Proof against God existing is impossible and proof for God existing is impossible as he cannot be observed.
Therefore, everyone should treat him as a [u]potential[/u] possibility.
[b]Note:[/b] Just because something is possible doesn't mean that it deserves merit. It's possible that Nubbin is an alien in the disguise of a human but that hypothesis doesn't need to be believed just because it's a possibility.

8 RespuestasThis has little to no impact. A lack of evidence is a perfectly valid reason to not believe in, or argue against, God. The fact that it's still a logical possibility is irrelevant.
