Is vanguard dragon really that rewarding?
So I did a vanguard dragon strike. And when I saw the rewards, I was kinda shocked. Not only did someone get a legendary engram, but I got hard light and a legendary handcannon called loner.rebel
So is vanguard dragon really that rewarding?
Edit: The next dragon strike I did, right after the big loot drop, someone else got another legendary weapon. I have also gotten ships from it. Along with the one on my 33 Hunter.

Yesterday I ran like 5... Got 3 purple engrams total, a ship (the one I'm using on my hunter) and some legendary weapon. So much better than roc. I had two legendary engrams drop on one strike.

That's odd, I feel I get way less from Vanguard Dragons than Vanguard Rocs ever gave me.

3 RespuestasI did three last night and got a legendary engram as a reward in two of them. Saw another two legendary engrams drop for people I was playing with too. From what I've seen, unless you have a key, Dragon strikes are a much better option for gear than level 28 PoE as you can finish 2-3 strikes in the time it takes to run through PoE once.

Yes. So many rewards quickly

They can drop decent gear but really not worth continually running. Me and my buddy just use them to dick around now, doing shotgun or sniper only runs.

So far I have done it about 50-75 times. Ive been awarded 23 legendaries (10 engrams) and 1 exotic (Hawkmoon). It is a really good feeling having this here.

1 RespuestaThe strike playlists have always been pretty good for just having a laugh with weapons I don't use much, as the drops are always pretty good... Only problem I have this time around is it used to be a good place to pick up legendary ships but there doesn't seem to be lots of new ships to find in these playlists anymore

Did 5 and saw 1 drop for a guy. Still, strikes are usually like this for me lol Feast or famine!

I received a legendary auto rifle I'll never use and Truth. I was quite surprised.

I did some over the weekend and saw legendary weapons and armor drop and even saw one guy get 3 legendary engrams in a single strike.

For time spent vs reward it is brilliant. 20 minutes doing a strike and you will more often than not get a legendary or two. I have received a couple of exotics, the last word and plan c and loads of legendary armour over a couple of hours.

I do a bunch of strikes and compared to pre HoW, you do seem to get more 36 light gear. Exotics seem to drop at the same rate tho and engrams still drop randomly imo.

Yea i've had quite a few legendaries drop in the dragon playlist, and seen many drop for other ppl too. Same sort of thing with running the lvl28 PoE too. It does feel like the drop rate has increased since HoW

I ran about 10 yesterday because i was bored. I got 2 legendary engrams and a legendary sniper ..... 3 out of 10 is pretty good.

Yep did about 20 yesterday, and got about 14 legendary drops. (Weapons,ships,armor,engrams)
