[BUNGIE] Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders Info
Greetings all -- We've seen reports of players expressing concerns with certain aspects of Trials of Osiris and the Prison of Elders. [b]If you're having issues or have any questions, please refer to the information below.[/b]
-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot][b][u]Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders FAQ[/u][/b][/url]: Have some general Trials of Osiris or Prison of Elders questions? This is the place to start.
-[b][u]Trials of Osiris Emblem[/u][/b]: We are aware of emblems not making it to the Postmaster. Be sure to leave at least one emblem slot vacant. Thank you for your patience while we investigate. Note, you are eligible to earn this emblem again following the weekly reset.
-[u][b]Mercy of Osiris[/b][/u]: If Mercy of Osiris is purchased after you've already received a loss, the buff will be applied to your next loss. If Mercy is purchased after receiving your second loss, your next loss will be forgiven, but your Trials Passage will be marked as complete and need to be turned in for a new one. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Class Item[/u][/b]: This is awarded the first time you loot the large chest on any Challenge difficulty.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Emblem + Shader[/u][/b]: One of these should be awarded each time you loot the large chest on the level 35 Challenge mode. This is on a weekly reset. You will be eligible for the other item the following week. We are aware of players not receiving these items and are currently investigating.

4 RespuestasBungle, I just completed my first 9-0 trials run and lost both the legendary emblem from a mission rewarding on my 9th game and the exotic emblem from the large chest on Mercury. I would think there has to be a way you can tell who received what rewards and at the very least who's been granted access to mercury and give us the rewards we are due. I want my rewards now, I shouldn't have to earn them again, please put them in my mail. I may even have a screen shot of my rewards. Please help

I have not received any class items.

2 RespuestasHOW materials such as weapons & armor, show upgrades after completions in crucible, or other events. But when you open them their are no upgrades. This happens frequently to me and others I play with.

7 RespuestasYou can do it again next week...you know how hard that is? If we earned the emblem the first time, then fix the problem and postmaster us the emblem now! I've never seen a more irresponsible company in dealing with in game bugs...its your issue, fix it!

Bungie please let people join back in if they get disconnected. We spent three hours beating Skolas and came up empty. Got an error code right before getting the chests. It's not the first time it's happened either.

5 RespuestasI had a 3 win and no loss card in Osiris, bought a boon for an extra win. I win and it doesn't count the second win, then I lose two matches and buy a mercy. Guess what happens!!! I am not eligible for the boots I worked so hard for. I want compensation. Review my PS3 play through, I earned the boots Osiris was offering. This is unacceptable for a triple AAA game without reimbursement. Reimburse my character or you lost a paying customer for a lifetime.

Hey Bungie...its KiDDx0x again :) I've used your help line once before and was helped immediately by one of the mentors, who did an outstanding job of answering all my questions and concerns about heavy ammo glitches. I just completed a Trials of Osiris passage card @ (roughly 11:38pm central time) My team members RenownedZ3ro & 11 PhaLanX 11 went 8-0 successfully and fairly quickly. When we arrived to the 9th match in order to get the undefeated win to go to mercury, however my team member 11PhaLanx 11 lagged out immediately at the start of the match. I understand you guys (Bungie) are cracking down on odd situation happening in the "Trials of Osiris" events and am happy to say I'm relieved by your efforts to review the cases. I'm not entirely sure how long it's been since we started trials, if I had to guess I'd say 2-3 hours prior to our completion time. I don't know if there's any reversal or forgiveness for any lagging out situations...I was just bummed to see that all my hard work has gone to waste. I didn't buy any of the boons or mercy tokens due to the fact that I did not have enough passage coins. But I was extremely confident in my team and was more than sure that we were going to make it to the 9-0 wins. If you could please review and log my case. Also I know you guys have many different ways of handling the situations, but I just wanted to input one of my ideas that I'm sure you guys have already thought up. I'm not sure how the game works but if you can I suggest that when people log out that there's some type of automatic forgiveness during the "Trials of Osiris" event. Lol...I know nothing about coding but I think that would be a great addition to the game if at all possible. Also I just wanted to say that the "House of Wolves" expansion has been an outstanding addition to destiny, keep up the great work. I have all warlocks and I represent the Queen "Mara Sov 100% For the queen :D !!! Justice must be dealt!!! Thank you for hearing me out and have an awesome rest of the year Bungie :)

I got a class item from varkis with judgments chance or by singe weapon/armour core. I done scolas chest and all the others and got no class item. Are we supposed to get them are we?

I managed prison of elders lvl 35 whit my hunter to day end when I opened the big chest, I did not got the emblem, chipe and the cheider.

I disconnected at round 7 and the boon didn't work, gave me a defeat on my scorecard. It wasn't my fault and caused me to fail my flawless run, not making it to the Lighthouse. I was cheated out of my rewards. I would like to be sent there, and so would the others that this had happened too.
