Because it is an exotic weapon and one you can only get from a bounty. The bounty is tedious as hell and trying to get the bounty is even more tedious. Plus like I said it's an exotic, which means the only handcannon it should be on the same level with or lower is another exotic handcannon. I have two though and hoping for a third. It's also just a game for everyone so people got to stop trying to change the game to their preferences unlike the majority who just play the game and think the weapons were great how they were when the game first came out.
