I have seen a blue icebreaker once and was wondering the same thing

Saw this once too it was the lighting, when we moved to another area it was back the regular color

Sorry you misunderstood me. I meant maybe the lighting levels were off and it caused a blueish appearance. It doesn't actually exist

Look you can believe what ever you want but it isn't a thing. I've logged hundreds of hours around 850+ in total once you count all the characters I've made and delete and I've seen countless icebreakers. I always look for interesting things and search forums, youtube, and google. No such thing has ever happened. What may have happened was he used the ice breaker to regen ammo and then switched to another sniper. I do this often because that way I don't have to use a synth. Also I really do think it has to do with the lightning because that strike is centered around hive, obviously, which has alot to do with darker colors and skulls. Probably just how it looked at the time.

No lol. I was completeing xyor the unwed and a Titan had it. I'm pretty sure the Titan had glowhoo on also. Also the glass house helmet.
