Hey Flood. I don't really understand why you guys have so many groups when you could combine them all into one BIG group. You're wanting "The Flood" back, right? It is (was) made up of A LOT of people and having separate groups seems counter intuitive to what you're doing.
Or you could just use the #Flood hashtag. That works too ;-)

1 RespuestaHow about a flood forum, a feedback and community forum, a forum for Destiny when it gets closer to release, and then a big forum like this one to use the tags on. We don't need total separation but a bit helps.

2 RespuestasI think by making the default followed tag "#Offtopic" rather than "#Flood" all hopes of forming that community back to much strength are pretty dashed.

Editado por DE4THINC4RN4TE: 1/14/2013 6:25:57 AMThe Community obviously wants the Flood (and other sub-forums by extension) back. I wish Bungie would bring those back instead of leaving us to organize things on our own.

7 RespuestasEditado por DTL: 1/13/2013 6:53:35 PMThey're a terrible idea and do nothing but leech activity from the mains at this point. Most groups in general seem almost pointless now. Groups took off on the old site because people wanted an environment to dictate their own rule-set, surround themselves with those they like, bypass the profanity filter, and talk about certain things they may not feel comfortable discussing in the public areas. Most of these things are now achievable on the mains. Privacy seems to be the only reason for a group anymore. And a flood group where anyone and everyone can join doesn't accomplish this. So what's the point, exactly? While I can still see the enjoyment of certain groups and their long-standing communities, trying to recreate the flood for the sake of recreating the flood makes little sense at all. We've been calling for change. Begging for it, even. And now we have it, so lets all run off to a group in protest, right? ...right?
-
This forum is the Flood and the Community forums combined. All of the other forums were completely and utterly dead.
-
Maybe if the forums were separated, people wouldn't feel compelled to join the groups.
-
Nobody really uses them. And as I've said before, The Flood isn't gone now, this entire forum IS The Flood. Bungie didn't destroy us, they just released us as the next step in their plan towards world domination >:)

1 RespuestaThe Flood is stupid It's only natural that this happened
-
I think a lot of people joined/created them out of fear. They will eventually succumb and ascend. Or they will be annihilated.
-
Silly Duardo expecting sense on the internet. DA MATTA WID YOO?
-
1 RespuestaAn actual sub-forum =/= hashtag. Forum is far superior.
-
#theflood #floodforum #flud #thefludforum are what all the cool kids use.
-
Only reason I really want groups anymore is for a few tight knit communities to stay in contact. Most of the previous benefits of groups were done away with.
-
Stirring the pot Duardo, stirring the pot.
-
1 RespuestaI think this just comes down to people not knowing how to use the hashtag's. The whole group thing is just silly.
-
Don't bring logic into this THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE
-
1 RespuestaDon't blame us. Bungie divided us already with the two separate offtopic and flood hashtags
-
Just using any sort of tag that refers to the flood. Pretty much the same experience, if a little less easy to do.
-
>2013 >Putting noses on emoticons ISHYGDDT
-
I'm not going to bother with the flood groups. Just the tags.
-
Its because there are a few people who want to "be in control" of the flood.
-
Yeah, I'm actually already pretty used to already to using the #Flood or #Offtopic tags.
-
1 RespuestaI did not bother with any flood groups. I just use #flood and go from there.
-
Haven't joined them, don't care about them. The main forum is my flood.
-
No idea why groups are being made, really. #Flood is perfectly viable means of keeping the tradition alive.
