As an almost exclusive scout rifle user I have all of the following and is my summary. Likely not helpful, but hey ho. [b]Gheleons Demise[/b] hit like a TRUCK and with Firefly is much fun. Fire rate is slow and stability is average. Love it for primary long range duty where you really want to reach out and touch somebody or for enemies you want to one shot or stagger and blow up. [b]Badger CCL[/b] has same impact and fire rate. Even with good perks still can't match GD for range. Never feels like it hits as hard as GD. Still its a great weapon if you can handle the slow ROF and reload with small-ish mag!! [b]Saterienne Rapier[/b] is awesome as it still has good impact, good ROF and with Firefly is great for mobs. Range from vendor version is also near maxed out for range. Only lacking a little impact and has small mag of 13 rounds. Reload is quick and with extra perks is no issue. [b]Another NITC[/b] is a mid impact, mid ROF rifle with stats the same as Vision of Confluence. Range is down from the higher impact slower ROF scouts. Upside is 20 round mag. Vendor version is good but one with good perks from a drop would be very nice. Great for closer range. [b]B-Line Trauma[/b] is a low impact high ROF scout. If you have a good trigger finger, this is almost like a high impact Auto Rifle. One with good perks would be awesome and vendor is also very good. [b]Vision of Confluence[/b] ("VOC") is simply amazing. Only available fromVault of Glass as a drop, the solar damage and full auto coupled with 27 round mag if you choose Field Scout makes it so good. Stat's are bascially the same as Another NITC however solar and full auto with larger mag make this awesome. Even as a 300 attack is amazing. No Firefly or explosive rounds however. [b]Fang of Ir Yut[/b] is also very, very good! Arc damage, same 27 round mag and base stat's as VOC however has 331 attack. Hits hard however has better range over VOC. Not full auto, firefly or explosive rounds. Third Eye and Target Mark are not good perks, Spray and Play really helps with reload. So if you are looking for a good scout to buy, I would recommend Saterienne Rapier or Another NITC. Badger CCL is good but only if you also have another go to weapon. There are the various faction scouts however they all seem like variations on the normal vendor and no real advantages over them, but that's just IMHO.....They might be worth a look. The best scout IMHO is a tie between VOC and Fang. Just pick the right tool for the job, which is usually what ever the burn is or the enemy shield is. IF you can get a Gheleons Demise, it is awesome for long range like the Abyss in CE and Archon Priest strike etc. Down side is you need to grind PvP Iron Banner for it.

Badger CCL with Explosive rounds and Firefly.

There isn't a good scout rifle roll because scouts all suck.

Outlaw and firefly... I've been searching for a roll like this since release and never had one just got one this week :D

i have a nice saterienne rapier with a nice roll on it which includes firefly and explosive rounds.

AnotherNITC Kills increase reload speed, causing damage increases stability and explosive rounds. Third eye is nice but it's useless for inferno and useless if you have knuckle head radar exotic helm

Best roll would be fatebringer combo Fast reload on precision kills Firefly Ghellions demise default from the last ib. Imo explosive rounds suck but some people like it. I don't like how it takes away from base dmg

My badger on my titan has outlaw, explosive rounds and firefly. I call it the Fatebadger. Lol
