Actually when you self revive you spawn one orb then you can go spam grenades and scorch which can drop more but the problem is the player they are afraid to spawn some especially in nightfalls its risky but I always try to spawn at least 5 and as bladedancer produces 4 orbs less than the others, fist of havoc can do same as nova bomb but with fist of havoc in pve in high level missions its more like a kamikaze attack and surviving
