•
Nothing worked :( But i didn't took my ps4 to a friend to test it out yet Thank you very much for asking
Hopefully taking it to a friends works, no fun not being able to play a game that you paid for. If at works at your friends, there is something wrong with your environment. If it doesn't work, it's either a faulty disk or possible that the profile is corrupt. Good luck, hope you find something that works. :-)

 • Have you tried running a wired connection, bypassing the router? Sounds like it's either a Port issue managed by a router, or a permissions issue run by antivirus software; essentially pass/deny everything that hits the protected IP. Try bypassing the router with a wired connection and see if that works; if it works, you know it's a permission setting on the router. If that doesn't work, only other recommendation I would be able to make is to disable the home network antivirus protection (ensure everything is backed up before performing this step) to see if you experience a problem. You're basically going through each variable and checking to see if that is the variable that is preventing you from working/gaming. A few other options would be to take your system to a friends house & see if everything is copacetic there; if you have the same problem, it's the platform (PS/Xbox). Hopefully these tips help, good luck. :-)
