Petition to buff truth.
Truth's tracking simply isn't good enough.
The rocket moves too fast, you can still miss.
Don't worry though, I have a solution. Truth needs a massive reduction in velocity to the point that the rocket moves like an axion bolt.
If the player dies before the slow projectile reaches him the rocket will simply shrug it off; following its victim to wherever they spawn.
Imagine having an extremely slow rocket chase you around for the entirety of a match! It would be fantastic!

I can't get very many kills with a shotgun at all. I've been practicing lately since everyone else is running around with them (on my warlock not hunter). And I actually commend anyone who gets kills with a shotgun. I have lots of trouble with that.

I always hated shotguns but lately I've been using UR and felwinters combined with praedyths and NLB respectively. I used to love shotty sniper matches back in halo so it leaves me feeling a bit nostalgic haha. Seems to work pretty well for me in crucible too. :P

I find shot guns incredibly hard to use effectively. Maybe it's just me but think hand cannons and scout rifles are the easiest. I want to be better with shot guns so I decided to start playing through the whole game with double shotguns equipped (universal remote and two to the morgue). I try this some in crucible but give them up on larger maps. When I'd play halo 1 back in the day, I made a game type where everyone started with shotguns and everyone was invisible in that level that was basically a long dark hall. fun

I use shotguns because their fun, I play this game because it's fun not to show off skill. Learn to have fun and you will enjoy life a lot more.

Meh. Just started using the UR and I am having a good time. In sorry that the way I like to enjoy the game makes you enjoy it less. But I feel like that's your problem.

I used to like running fusion/sniper as my secondary. However, lately I have been using shotgun/sniper as secondary.

4 RespuestasThis is interesting for me to read. You see, I just got a shotgun. Leveled it up. Void weapon. Primarily for use when the values nightfall comes around because I hate those damn psions, and it seems impossible for me to get a decent void fusion rifle. I can't say I hate shotguns in the crucible, because I don't. They annoy the hell out of me, but eh. However the last week I have pulled it out a few times to give it a whirl. It has come in handy. Not going to replace my primary, and my style of play is still mostly melee, but for a couple occasions it has been nice to have. So I find the shotty hate to be more about the way some people are using it more than the shotguns themselves. To which I don't say git gud or some such BS because I am not an uninformed twerp likevthosecwhonwouldcsuggest such. I will say look hard at how you play and the events that lead to a shotgun getting you. Then learn from those moments. I have ruined many a shotgun lovers day with a vertical assault and a well placed grenade, and it is hard to get close to someone who is sniping you from across the map.
