MY first matchmade Weekly heroic experience...
WAS AMAZING !!!!
- got matchmade within seconds with other level 32's / as opposed to having to waste time spamming forums for 15-20 minutes
- the players were great , we owned it without the need of a single word/mic
- quickly done and had lots fun
- NO AFK , NO LOW LEVELS , NO TROLLS /as some wanted to convince me would be there in matchmaking :)
cant wait for the upcoming NIGHTFALL & RAID matchmaking after this successful update , its was long time overdue but better later than never i guess
Thanks bungie for WEEKLY MATCHMAKING !!!

I concur with your post I did two and had a great time. My op io is that people hate change and will bitch about anything because they can. People get over your self its a damn game

Was matchmade with a level 29 and a 28. Sent invites and proceeded to give the boot. Had to solo the rest. Good times.

For me it sucked. I had a partner got matched with some kid who hid I guess for his bounty of not dying. But we pushed him out. Once he came back he noticed he had die so he quit. I hate it this will happen a lot more just like strikes where people hide to let other so the work

Dude just drop it you're like the only one who wants raid matchmaking. Its not gonna happen. Weeklies are a joke and even with afkers are incredibly easy

2 RespuestasThe matchmaking is good to have but I think it should be optional in case people are waiting on a friend or something and wanted to start it before they were there or if they wanted to solo it.

2 RespuestasNightfall and Raids should never be MM. There's many reasons and one being the fact that soloing Nightfalls and Raids have become a form of status. I enjoy doing Nightfalls alone and I enjoy Raiding alone or with one or two people at times.

Mine went well except team wiped after both 32s thought it would be clever to speed run it while I was down and had to be revived by one of the others, then leeched rewards after tank nuked them both got legendary engrams I got blue instead

Sorry gantz but they already stated in last weeks notes that they aren't working on a matchmaking for nightfall since everyone gets booted back to orbit after a hard wipe and they want to give the team another crack at it.

I wouldnt make a blanket statement like that off the back of one weekly. AFKers and Trolls arent exactly prolific in strikes IMO so weekly and nightfall wont suffer. However, Raids IMO would be inundated with folk looking for a carry. In weeklies, nightfalls, that wouldnt be a problem; one person can carry. Thats not the case with Raids.

Mine was not good..... one guy finished the strike with 6 kills and continuously died, while my friend and I were around 60-70 kills. As RNGesus goes, that guy got the best rewards too.

HELL NO to raid MM. my team can do vog or most of crota both on hard with 4 or less. anytime I work with random there's that chance of people who have no clue as to what they're doing.

i joined in, got grouped with terrific guardians, got it done very quickly....loved it, i dont want them to add matchmaking to raids id rather see it on nightfall

I'm all for you having the option to be matchmade, but I'm also for the option of NOT being matchmade. Just today I had some douche who speed ran the bounty strike up to the darkness zone, then killed themselves, (killing the other player and me and respawning us up there), then departed. Hopefully I don't need to explain why that sucks. Thank you to bungie? More like F you to bungie. Had they given the option to do either then I would agree that they deserved a thank you.

Today I got paired up with 2 gjallarhorn users. The entire strike took maybe 15 minutes and I didn't even really have to do anything ;)

6 RespuestasMy first experience was similar. I have 2700+ Grimoire, my friend has 2640 and we were matched with a 2650 guy. Needless to say we smashed it in not time. I hope they start matching us based on Grimoire.

tried it out yesterday, was pretty good. funny thing was there was a few times all three of us would check up on each other to make sure none of us were afk lol!

They need to allow us to opt out of matchmaking. Some people only want to solo or play with one friend. Being forced into a fireteam of strangers is ridiculous. This is main reason I don't play the Strike playlist. Matchmaking takes the challenge away.

While I really would prefer for nightfall to not have matchmaking. I would be OK of they had a filtering option. Such as "match me with people with a mic" or "forces on similar level" etc.

You get matched with people around your level. Figured it out in roc strikes, I was 27 got matched with 28 and 27, was 32 and got matched with 31 and 32

first time i did it, got 2 32's that left as soon as we landed. and i went through and solo'd the strike until i got to valus where i then hid under the stairs and proceeded to melt his health wiith icebreaker. after 20 minuets 2 30's joined and finished him. so i say not a complete loss

Was on the level 30. Got put with 2 27s leaching off the rewards.
