It's always nice to hear from other people what inspired you to get into your subject area at university.
I'm personally studying Physics in London, however I was inspired by my dad always answering my silly little questions about science when I was really young.
So how about the rest of you guardians?

I don't want to be poor or lower class.

I'm not close college, got a lot of time left, hopefully I will go, but recently I've been really fascinated with modern farming techniques like hydroponics. I've done research for school for a basic project on hydroponics, but I've done very extensive research after school. I even have a diagram for a greenhouse as an investment when I get older. I think taking agricultural classes would be great as I would be able to get the most out of my investment. I would either do that or computer science and coding, which also fascinates me.

Growing up poor as shit. First in my family to go to University, and I've got a massive family. If I'm honest I mainly went to get away from my hometown; Uni gave me the opportunity to move to a city, I got interest-free loans to pay for rent and so on, and now I've got a part-time job and live here permanently in a house with 3 other guys. Made some amazing friends, fell in love (though that's over now,) had some great nights out, and most importantly gained memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life. And I've still got at least 2 years here. I recommend it to anyone who can do it.
