should I buy the IceBreaker
Hi guys just got enough coins for a weapon buy from Xur but should I spend my 17 coins on the IB. edit: I own the IB now best thing since sliced bread :) happy hunting and thanks for comments

If you don't have it, and you can afford it, and you don't buy it, you may as well never visit Xur again. Icebreaker is hands down the best all-around sniper rifle in the game, and arguably one of the best two or three exotic weapons.

You won't be sorry. By far the best tool in your arsenal. I learned from my fellow guardians advice to maximize the the presence of having this in my arsenal. When you are out of special ammo and are in a spot where you need it, it's ammo regen replenishes it for your other special weapons. Not to full, but enough to help out in a jam.

Yes, for the love of God yes. In fact, start mugging people in the tower so you can have one as a default on all 3 characters. It is that valuable. Then make sure you do the Weekly Heroic 3 times just in the wild off chance he has a Ghorn or Red Death for you next week.

Keep it in your back pocket as insurance for low/limited ammo situations like if the Juggler mod is active. Just don't run around with it like its a primary, killing level 2 dregs lol
