I got mine with Third Eye and Zen Moment (I think). I LOVE IT. The fast fire rate, huge mag and the fact that I can see people coming when I'm scoped in makes it AWESOME.

I got a Saterrine Rapier with Luck in the Chamber, Firefly & Explosive Rounds. Definitely fun to use.

Yeah I have Mida multitool, B-line trauma, the calling, just collected a badger ccl from levelling up vanguard, and I still rock my cryptic dragon from time to time. Scout rifles rule

I have a similar roll on my NITC, instead of outlaw I have zen moment, and snapshot instead of high caliber rounds. I won't get rid of it, but I find myself using fang a lot more than my NITC, that arc damage is amazing for dropping shields fast.
