There's a rouge mod and Daz accidentally banned some people I think

-
In both cases, such bans would be easily overturned.
-
Bungie doesn't return items that disappear from players inventory so why would they overturn a ban?
-
There's a difference between something that can easily be tracked and reproduced and something that can easily be claimed with no backup.
-
They can see when items were lost/deleted and see if you gained Glimmer or upgrade materials from it. Both things are easily tracked. They just don't care. That is why I will never get my Queen's Wrath class item back.
-
That would imply that they watch your entire account and all it's activity. Which I doubt they do. Forums are easy. There's a ban list. You can unban someone instantly.
-
They also could have easily restored my Titan Mark. Why would I be trying to cheat them out of it? What would I gain? 25 Glimmer and 2 Plasteel Plating if I broke it down?
-
Not saying you'd be cheating them out of anything, but they have to treat any case as any other. If they gave back your titan mark, what's to stop a flood of people saying that they "lost" Gjallarhorns or Red Deaths or anything else?
-
They keep track of everything. Hell, they have said it is a known problem they are tracking and trying to fix. (Also, not too hard for them to see who has had kills with what exotic. When I finally get a Gjallarhorn if this bug takes it away they will lose a customer.)
