Did you guys think that her death was sad? I personally think that it wasn't. Kind of wierd since I'm a Halo fan but there was no music to back up the scene unlike Johnson's death.

1 Respuestacortana died..... fück 343 😈
-
1 RespuestaI don't think she is dead
-
I thought it was sad because MC was really sad.
-
I thought it didn't need music. Sometimes the silence speaks louder than a good music score, but it is very hard to pull off
-
No music? Green and Blue was playing the whole time during that cutscene. I really enjoyed Halo 4's soundtrack.
-
That title doe

6 RespuestasI actually think they'll revive Cortana in Halo 5. Im not sure if I actually heard it from an official source or just speculation, but I'm not that into Halo anymore.

5 RespuestasThe main reason that Johnson's death was so sad was because of the emotional music playing, while Cortana's death scene didn't really have any music at all.
-
It was the comic relief the game needed.

you guys ask for far more of a complex end to Cortana...sometimes a simpler end works

6 RespuestasEditado por Smarkdow: 10/29/2013 4:52:01 AMDespite the various problems with the storytelling of Halo 4, I felt that Master Chief and Cortana's story and relationship were handled pretty well, with the exception of the use of space magic at the end.

1 RespuestaI laughed when her clones jumped at the Didact. They needed a better animation instead of the simple Superman pose for all 10 of them.
-
The part where a bunch of clones of her jump at the Didact was more creepy and offputting than emotional. I get how she used the hard light from the bridge and shit but it was just scary
-
It wasn't right, honestly if they are going to kill her it should have happened when she was just a chip, unplugged, or Chief takes a headbash and wakes up to find her card shattered, I disliked the emotional and mushy goodbye scene.
-
7 RespuestasIt wasn't sad. It was weird what with the whole giant Cortana thing and her apparently having wanted to touch the Chief for so long. They honestly couldn't have come up with anything better? Chief activates nuke. Cortana manages to beam Chief away as the nuke exploded somehow, because nukes explode slowly in the future. Chief wakes up in the Matrix and sees Giant Cortana. Cortana gives Chief a hug. Where the heck were they and what happened to the exploding nuke? Ah. Cortana is magic.

1 RespuestaAIs never die, they just go missing in action
-
2 RespuestasI thought it was pretty sad. I really hope the arbiter or someone makes a buddy appearance in Halo 5. Chief doesn't work as a lone wolf.
-
2 RespuestasIt was predictable from the very beginning...even in the trailers it was pretty obvious
-
37 RespuestasSad? lolno Her death was meaningless because they'll bring her back with something stupid and retcon it.
-
It was hilarious.
-
I responded to her "death" (343 will bring her back) the same way I responded to Noble Team's deaths. "Meh".
-
2 RespuestasAnyone know why Chief has Cortana's chip even though it got disintegrated?
-
3 RespuestasIt wasn't sad because : 1. She was never "alive" in the first place. 2. 343 turned her into a whiny bitch who apparently can't stop bleeding from her cooter. 3. It's specifically stated that another Cortana can be made.
