That was a hidden perk of the hater horn. It had proximity.

Pretty sure it has that perk even if it's not listed, much like Truth always had three rockets even before they had to add the text to the description saying it did.

Lol its never one time been comfirmed to have the hidden perk tho. Just like the so called hidden perk of thunderlord that makes targets explode when killed with precision shot.

Both of those have been confirmed by multiple YouTubers, Redditers, etc. Just not by Bungie that I know of.

So it hasn't been confirmed. It's just a thought from youtubers and redditers. I still use it in pvp and it doesn't proc like it does on truth.

YouTube is where people post videos. YouTubers make videos. Those videos have actual -blam!-ing evidence. And there's also a reason they're called hidden perks, it's because they're -blam!-ing hidden from plain view!

Because you're bad. There is a video of someone soloing Crota with Ghorn and you can see that they are hiding where Crota can't shoot them, but to keep from hitting the wall in front of them, they shoot their rockets near Crota and they explode anyways, like every other rocket with G&H.

Proximity had a nerf a while back to the point to where it had to be really -blam!-ing close to proc, unless you use the Truth. And if you use tracking it will become almost unnoticeable, hence why you don't notice it.
