What are you even talking about? These people who complain about something being ruined in PvE? WTF, are you for real, PvE content takes no skill and is a cheesefest, the only way to ruin anything is to bug it with nerfs like HoS, or totally remove an ability.
I raid and enjoy PvE but the PvE game doesn't need balancing, it is what it is. All content is possible, and any class is welcome.
PvP balance is the only balance that's raelly necessary in this kind of game unless people are able to abuse an exploit to complete content they shouldn't be able to.
You wouldn't even notice most PvP nerfs in PvE, they are so small on the scale of things, where in PvP everything is % based and the effect much larger. The main time this isn't true is with shotguns which got -blam!-ed by numerous nerfs.

And you must be daft if you don't know how nerfs ruin fun things in PvE (where there is no reason to ruin them). It's happened more than once in Destiny, no doubt. One last thing...wtf are YOU even talking about? Are you one of those guys that goes on about 'skill' in a video game? Lmfao. Skill. I use skills when I go to work. I play video games to have fun. Beyond an initial learning curve, video games don't take much skill, except maybe at the top levels of eSports.
