Here's how: So there's this kid on my bus. I don't know his name, but I'd recognize him from a mile away. You see, just looking at this kid gave me a headache, his scent (like burning tires) gives me a headache, his annoying voice gives me a headache. EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM gives me a headache. It's not a little headache either, it's like a migraine. I asked him politely to not sit next to me and he said "OK." Two days later, I was rehearsing with in Orchestra and one of the office assistants came into the room and handed the orchestra director a pink slip of paper. She says gravely, "This is for you." and hands it to me. I take the slip of paper and on it is scribbled, "Report to the principle's office at once." I immediately knew what had happened. I went down to the principle's office and sure enough, one of the seats, sat the principal, and in the other, sat that kid on the bus that I can't stand. The principal told me to have a seat, and I obliged. He then asked why I wouldn't let that kid sit next to me on the bus. I told him the same thing I told you. "Everything about him gives me a headache, he smells like burning tires, and his voice is extremely annoying." The principal was clearly taken aback at my sheer honesty. The little brat then said, "That's racist! I only smell like this because of my traditional Indian home!" The principal then said, "I actually find your fragrance quite nice." He then turned towards me and said I would be suspended for trying to separate Indians from Whites on the bus or something like that, I then tell him that the guy I prefer to sit next to happens to be Indian. He sends out an office assistant to go get Thomas (That's the guy, obviously.) and five minutes later Thomas walks in. The principal gives Thomas a run down and the moment Thomas heard I might get suspended he flashes a huge grin. He then says, "Actually I'm not Indian, I was born in Philadelphia." Then he followed with, "Also their have been various cases of Adam (Me) making fun of me because of my race. I think you should suspend him." All of his statements were lies. He told me before when I was talking about my hometown of New York that he was born in India. I've never made fun of someone for their race simply because I see Thomas and my other friends do it [i]all the time.[/i] I think maybe I should find new friends, [b]and I'm not saying this because he's Indian![/b] TL;DR - I told an Indian kid on the bus not to sit next to me because he gave me a headache, and got suspended because my friend is a complete asshole.
