How do you unlock it? I completed 43 and it's not showing up!

Editado por Creasey: 10/7/2015 3:53:42 AMHave max bond with Quiet, don't have a Butterfly in your emblem, and then finish side op 150 to unlock the Side Op that leads up to Mission 45. It just came up randomly for me, but I looked up the conditions you need to meet, all of which I did. I don't want to really explain any further, because apparently you can trigger different missions and cut-scenes around this time of the game. I'd rather not spoil anything for you. Fair Warning for Episode 45: Wear your Stealth Suit that has regen up, and bring your best rocket, and invest in any sort of mines. Trust me, you'll need them.

Side Op 150 is the mission that leads up to Mission 45. It'd be spoilers if I said any more :P
