Fatebringer drop chance?
I have completed about 13 or 14 hard raids, and I do not have the Fatebringer.
I have two Vex Mythoclasts, one Praetorian Foil, and that is all for hard exclusive loot. I have multiple of every other gun.
Is the Fatebringer that rare, or am I just unlucky? I cannot believe that it could be rarer than the Mythoclast. Also, the Praetorian foil must be one of the rarest if not the rarest gun in the game, I have only ever seen one other person with it.
How long did it take you guys to get your luscious Fatebringer?
Edit: For those that have it, how does it compare to the VoC in PvE?

1 ReplyThis may be 2 years late but, by now most weapons in the old raids have percentages for drops. Fate bringer is 5% and I've gotten 3 foils and still no Fate bringer with a whopping 17 vexes. But no Fate or Epilogue

Meh it really isn't that great. Firefly is nice for hive, and the impact is nice but the RoF is kinda meh. Unless you really need an arc primary, I wouldn't bother.

I love the voc but depends what I'm going up against. I think fb is more fun and worth grinding for. Voc is great for constant precision shots during raids. Fb wrecks mobs and Poe

On my 3rd character it dropped , first weekly try for it .

I think it's just unlucky, which sucks man. I always have 1-2 people per group grinding for a fatebringer. I tend to get one every other raid it seems like. Wish I could just give them the ones I get. I've had probably 7-10 in total. 4-5 within the first 4 weeks of hard raiding. Deleted all but one but now decided to keep three for all classes. I have yet to get a foil though and I believe that will be my undoing. I'll be stuck getting the FB every time I raid. I also completed 5 raid on my hunter before I ever got the vault cloak. Seems like something trivial but it sucked for me because I actually wanted it. Keep grinding man you'll get it eventually. Good luck as well hope it drops for you next reset.

The foil is actually more rare, you've been a bit unlucky. A friend got 3 in 2 HMs, back to back. Double fatebringer drop was kind of funny...

6 RepliesI've been playing since first week and i only just recently got my hands on this fabled hand cannon kinda blows that it will be getting hit with the nerf bat but honestly as everyone has said its RnG meaning its totally random there is a chance that some ppl may never get one and wow P.foil definitely a lot more rare then Fatebringer imo not a single person in my clan has one lol
