I loved to hate Guilty Spark. The ghost is just kinda there. I have no feeling for it. Just an assistant. I think a Cortana/Ghost poll would've been more in line.

1 ReplySo far I like the Ghost, seeing as he hasn't betrayed me yet... and, he can conjure a Sparrow for me whenever I need it. Also, he brought me back from the dead. Spark, on the other hand, tried to have me killed, tried to activate a weapon of mass destruction that would wipe out all life in the galaxy, told the bad guys how to activate said weapon of mass destruction, and talked my ear off while I fended off waves of Flood in the Library without offering any real assistance, despite being armed with a super-laser. Oh, and he killed Johnson.

Guilty Spark any day, based on what I've seen so far of Destiny. Even when he was trying to murder me, I couldn't help but love that lightbulb.

i mean come on. in Halo 3 oracle goes on a rage and shoots lasers of death. just so happens to have a weakness of Spartan Lasers. haha.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought this was a "which one do you like better" poll. But in the case of a vs, I'd say 343 would win. He can shoot lasers while the only thing a ghost can do is manifest up you ass.

If I had to decide which one I wanted as a companion, it would definitely be 343 guilty spark. He could drop any enemy of the traveller instantly and could hack any machine in destiny's universe so far in less than a second.

Ghost cuz 343 is a dick, leaving you in the library all alone while he takes his sweet ass time unlocking doors.

Poll is invalid as they are almost the same, only Ghost is Peter Dinklidge, not a whining pansy. If you look at guilty spark, take his blue core, throw away the exterior garbage, put pyramids on him in a geometric pattern and boom! Ghost. For goidnes sakes, they have the same animation for unlocking a door (shoot it with a laser data stream from my face!)

343 is pretty powerful, in game he is invulnerable to most damage, and requires several hits from a spartan laser to die. Ghosts seem to die a lot.

2 RepliesThe Ghost doesn't have a laser-face and it's doubtful it could hack a Monitor. The Halo Rings aren't really an option, since Spark needs someone else to handle the Index.

1 ReplyI don't know if the Ghost has any other abilities yet, but I suppose he could just go inside a starship (with guns) and artillery-barrage the [!?] out of 343-G-S. But then 343-G-S has a Halo. But his form was destroyed due to madness, and Chief. All because of the wish for [i]this one's[/i] warrior-servants to've been there.
