How do you create a clan in Destiny?
Looked all over and couldnt figure it out. I am under the assumption you can't do this yet since its the beta.
That and maps and I'll be a happy guy :)

45 RepliesYou create the clan here on Bungie.net, not in Destiny. Simply go to My groups, and select a group you want to be your clan. Lots of text out there to read that explains everything.

Does anybody know how to do this for Destiny 1 in 2023? When I go to clan creation, it is saying I haven't progressed far enough into the game. As the whole site is now geared towards Destiny 2, I'm sure that's what it's talking about. I don't care about D2, just want a clan for D1. Any ideas? Is it impossible now?

Edited by UberJericho: 12/23/2014 4:18:00 PMJust did this like two nights ago. 1. Create the clan on bungie.net (left hand side for "clan tab") 2. Have you and your people request to follow group. 3. Have you and your people set as clan after that. 4. Once you have 3 it should pop up automatically. Make sure you mess with all the admin settings to make it visible and make other trusted people admin so you don't always have to be the one approving requests.

1 ReplyThis is so stupid. I was teasing a friend who asked me "How do you create a clan?", and said, "I dunno, but I'm sure it's self explanitory.". It's Not! And in this day and age, WTF? It's like some next gen companies, not just Bungie, only want to milk us for every dime, but don't listen to us, or care enough to implement features that should already be standard at this point. Very frustrating. Been a gamer too long, and seen some impressive features, but now feels like a regression in satisfaction and standards. I know they can basically print their own money, but Does anyone at Bungie really care anymore?
