Halo Valkyrie Tattoo
Check out the tattoo I just got on Saturday. Been wanting one for a long time and finally decided on this. Tell me what you think!

I don't see a difference between this or a dragon, tiger, tribal band or Chinese letters. Get what you like and wont regret. People like to think their tatoo's have meaning to make themselves feel better.

I like it for the fact that it is multi-purposed/meaning-ed. Its not the type of tat that screams video game freak. It can pass for quite a few things. I personally would have it up a bit higher but then again, I would have done somthing else...probably covering my entire shoulder...1 more year until i can get tats legally!

[/quote] I was absolutely sure I wanted it. I have wanted a tattoo for a couple years now, but never got on because I was never sure what I wanted. I have gone through hundreds of ideas and images and finally decided I really liked this idea. I am a gamer for life and will always stick with martial arts until im too old to move, so the tat wins. Thanks for all the comments. ...Seems like the legendary tattoo is overdone.

To the author of this thread, I must say that was a nice - looking tatto, maybe not thath detailed as the rest in this thread. But its charming and shows your loyality to the Halo franchise, I just hope you thought through before you added it. Cheers!

[/quote] yeh i know what you mean, about the whole personal significance, and im not going to rush into it. this is my first, but im not going to run out spending loads at once, just Halo is a big enough significance to me to get my first tattoo

yeh my first tatt, im getting in a month or so, will be the legendary symbol on my shoulder. i plan to get sleeves so it will be the first of many, but halo has always been my favourite videogame since november 2001, halo 2 came out on my bday, and im getting all three versions of halo 3 cant wait

oh man, hopefully thats one of those week old paint ons. dont get me wrong, i love tattoos, i have a large amount myself, but this is a) not a good tattoo, and b).....a videogame. to each their own i guess, but youll probably regret it.

It also stands for the fact that I am a gamer (have been since nes). I am also very big into swords. (I am also taking ancient weapons martial arts) I thought this tattoo was a very good idea for me and fits me well. I also added in the detail rather than just 2 colors to make it more than just a halo 2 symbol.

Awful tattoo. I'd say it's the biggest mistake you've ever made, but you call yourself "Super Saiya-Jin Jedi", so I assume you've done worse.
