Anyone having issues trying to contact support?
Woke up to a ban for no reason this morning and went to the help page to submit an appeal, but the website keeps logging me out whenever I try to submit an appeal, and it just loops over and over no matter what I try.

1 ReplyEdited by EckyThump: 9/11/2026 12:25:02 AMHey there, could you please try the following; go to Settings, to Email and SMS, and make sure a new and truly unique email address is set there. The ticketing system requires a Bungie Account's email address to be unique but it's possible to have older Bungie Accounts in the system with the same email (especially for players with multiple platforms and using cross-save). After that, try the appeal page again.
