Intermittent BattlEye Query Timeout (Error Code PLUM) since Update, also infrequent FPS issues

Hello, I have been having some serious disconnection issues while trying to play. The most frustrating part is that nothing I do seems to have a direct impact on how many disconnections I have. I can play for a good part of the day, then suddenly start having disconnections again. At first I thought it was my antivirus. Primarily because I was having FPS issues. I thought it was Windows Defender hogging up all my memory. So I installed Bitdefender. Then I started having Query Timeouts, so I changed over to Avast. Thought that fixed it. Then I started having them again, so I went back to Defender. Since then, I thought it was my internet service so I did everything I could to make sure I wasn't being throttled. I've also tried numerous other fixes. I've tried different firewall exceptions (which I also tried while using other antivirus services), I've tried disabling overlays and start up programs, I've tried changing Steam generic xbox controller settings, and I'm sure I've tried others things as well. I've read through quite a few forums and I've tried everything that was suggested there. At this point I don't know what else to try. I can't really confirm whether the last update caused these issues because they have been so intermittent. Lastly, I wanted to also mention that I have been having FPS issues when I am able to play the game. They are also infrequent, much less frequent than the BattlEye disconnections, actually. But I have been experiencing them. Sometimes in the Tower, sometimes playing solo missions, sometimes while exploring... I can't really pin them down. I will post my specs in the other forum.
