Warlords ruin unable to start the dungeon at all from map, help?
Ive started a new account as ive lost access to my console one and moved to pc. Bought the dungeon key for Warlords ruin and done everything i know is required to start the dungeon. Despite speaking to Ikora and having the quest, it still shows the "Heed the cairn" quest progress message and i am unable to start it. Please help?

This does seem strange, especially since our records show you have the necessary quest, [i]In the Shadow of the Mountain[/i]. So we can investigate this more effectively, please consider recording a short video which demonstrates what's happening when you try to launch the dungeon. If you record a video, then you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate this issue.
