Seasonal Artifact Bugged on Alt Character - Shifted in UI and Resets Itself
PLATFORM: Steam
SYSTEM INFO: Custom PC
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 30609 Ti
RAM: 16GB
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro
ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): Xfinity - it's fast
ISSUE: On my alt character, the Seasonal Artifact has "moved itself" into a submenu (I have to hover over the original location and it appears in a 3x3 icon matrix to the left). Also, the artifact will not retain any settings when I change activities or go to orbit.
REPRO STEPS: It's a chronic problem. Changing destinations reset's the artifact completely.

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. We've received some reports of this happening, but the issue seems to be caused by players not having the seasonal artifact equipped. To that point, could you make sure you have it equipped on your character and see if the issue persists? If it does, please capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, and we’ll be glad to take a look.
