Can't Masterwork Exotic Armor?
I have a roll of Wishful Ignorance and I can't masterwork it. I have <15k glimmer, but I'm trying to masterwork it up from level 1 to 2, so I don't believe I need that much, and when I hover over the MW button it doesn't even give me an option.
I bought it from Rahool, so is that a limitation I didn't know was an issue when getting Exotics from him? Or is this a bug that should be resolved?

I have a teir 2 Wishful Ignorance that I can't masterwork also.

2 RepliesUpdate, I checked some of my other exotic armor that I bought from Rahool and it is not consistent. All of them I can MW from 1 -> 2 for 500 Glimmer EXCEPT for Wishful Ignorance and a pull of Mataiodoxia. Why are these Exotics unable to be MWed, and how can they become MWed?

Yup. For me (so far) it’s Mataiodoxia. I have it at rank 9 but cannot go to rank 10 to masterwork. I’ll be making a report as well about this.
