Ikora Rey quest bug
The quest is bugged. I've tried restarting my game and console abandoning the quest. I can't find a fix online. Any help?

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're encountering issues with the Ares Desperado quest. Please be advised that while access to dungeons is free until July 22nd, that ownership of the dungeon key for Spire of the Watcher is required for the ability to do this quest. We hope this helps to clarify why you are encountering these seeming issues.
