How do you get emile's skull helmet in the halo reach armory?
How do you get emile's skull helmet in the halo reach armory?
I want to know what level you need to be and how much it costs. I've heard you have to buy all the helmets. Tell me how please.

I believe you have to be commander, buy EVA and it should pop up for I think it was 130,000 cR.
