Can you still get Exotic class items without doing dual destiny in free roam?
Returning solo player. I have seen so many videos from months ago saying you can just grind chest in the pale heart to possibly get an exotic class item to drop without doing dual destiny. Wondering if this is true.

2 RepliesIs there a reason you don't want to do dual destiny? Unlocking it is a bit of a grind, but the mission is ok and worth it to unlock focusing. Otherwise, you might have to wait to see if they add it to another event.

You have to complete Dual Destiny first for it to drop then you can free roam in the Pale Heart and it will drop it won’t drop if you haven’t completed Dual Destiny

Wondering if this is true.[/quote] You never could. Dual destiny or buying one when the Halloween event was on are the only 2 ways to unlock the class item. Then you can farm them from pale heart chests
