I did not receive the Prismatic Expanse Shader after using the code
Ingame, the shader does not appear in my collections and is not available to use. In the code history, it says I already redeemed it but that it's an emblem and not a shader.

1 ReplySame problem, redeemed it a few hours ago, checked back at the kiosk multiple times, nothing in there. Also not in collections.

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this shader. As viiTactiiCzz has suggested, you should simply need to close the game fully and relaunch it, go to The Tower, and collect it from Special Deliveries. We are aware that on the code redemption site, the shader, once redeemed, will show up as an emblem. Rest assured, it is indeed a shader.

Since redeeming it, you have restarted D2 and checked the Special Deliveries kiosk in the tower? It displaying as an emblem on Bungie.net is something they're aware of.
