Can't pick up my Heavy Metal Rewards
I can't pick up my enhancement prisms from the heavy metal rewards track. I only have 90 prisms in my inventory and it says I do not have enough space.

If you're still encountering this issue, then please consider recording a video of what's happening. If you record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube and then share the link here. We'll then investigate.

1 ReplyIt says go see Shaxx, but instead you have to go into Quests and up to the Heavy Metal at the top. Hit A for view event and the rewards are there. That will advance the event. No idea why Bungle did it that way. Maybe they can upload a video explaining their stupidity.

I have the exact same issue, can't pick up any prisms even though I have space

1 ReplyI'm having the same issue and I only have 54 enhancement prisms and it won't let me claim the prism from the event track. I also restarted my game and the issue is still there.
