So I made an order last december. When ordering it said a 2 to 3 week shipping estimate. In februari I filed a customer service order to find out when my order would be shipped or arrive. I got an automated response saying that someone would review the order in 1 to 2 workdays aswell as a list of estimated shipping times for different products, but the item I ordered was not included on the list.
After waiting a while for an employee response, I made a new customer service order explaining the situation only to get another identical automated response, and no contact from any employee. Mid april I made another customer service order asking to be in contact with a human, and not just an automated response with no follow up. Only for the same thing to happen again. We are now wel over 4 months after the original order, and no way to get answers. Just an automated response merry-go-round.

1 Replyjust a heads up, from what I have seen making new tickes bumps you to the back of the line. So instead of being in queue from 4 months ago, you are where your last ticket was sent. [/quote]That is usually from when the order is readying for shipment not date of order.

Hello there, Unfortunately, your question would be better served by asking the Bungie Store customer service as the forums are completely separate from the store and have no access to the information you are looking for.

2 RepliesThey are notoriously poor at replying/handling tickets. Unfortunately Bungie won't get involved, you will have to keep trying their support form. Out of curiosity what was the ordered item?
