New exotic mission Derealize node not showing up in destinations
I am on step 6 of 6 for The Taken Path quest
If I click the quest to set its location it says its in the last city.
However, the node to start the quest is not there. I saw on youtube that it's supposed to be right under The Nether: Explore node but mine is not

Just had this issue. I think it may have to do with the scotopic rune in rune enhancements. If you remove it for a different nether rune then I think it removes the node. Not sure if just putting it back on will bring the node back but I just abandoned the quest, picked it back up in the quest archive, it asked me to equip the rune, and once equipped the node came back. So try the rune and if not the abandon and equip.

I don't know if you have gotten the mission to appear or not. But i had the same thing happen when i picked up the quest on my other two characters. What i did was abandon the quests on all my characters. Then i went back to my main, and picked up the quests through the "Quest Archive" in the tower, and the mission popped up in the Last City. Hope this helps.
