The One-Two Punch perk does not give the 1.25x damage multiplier it is supposed to give for melees against bosses. The melee damage boost against bosses in Episode Echoes was 2.5x (2x * 1.25x) as it was working correctly, however, this Episode it now only provides the 2x damage boost to melees against bosses as the 1.25x multiplier is now missing.
Numbers in the video (no damage increasing buffs except One-Two Punch at specific points were active):
- Grapple Melee: 14,358 per hit
- One-Two Punch Grapple Melee: 28,715 per hit
- Uncharged Melee: 3,490
- One-Two Punch Uncharged Melee: 6,980

Everything else would get 2x buff only. Now it seems that all melees have been reduced to only 2x buff. Tested against Calus in story mission and every melee I tested (combination, grapple, uncharged, frenzy blade, shiver strike, and lightweight knife) all only got the 2x buff. Could have been an undocumented change to make melee interactions more consistent instead of a few randomly getting the 25% boost.
