Museum Curator Triumph
In Triumphs, for Episode: Echoes, Ritual, under the Failsafe research heading, I have completed each triumph except Museum Curator. It says I have 4/5 Organic Samples. This is the only thing holding me back from completing it and getting the Semitone Shift ship.
I have completed More Like Research Bae and Mineral Processing, both of which give 1 Organic Sample each, and am Prestige 9 on Failsafe ranking, so I received the 3 Organic Samples awarded through that. That should give me the 5 Organic Samples required for the Museum Curator triumph and the Semitone Shift reward.
Is this a known bug? Is there any way this can be corrected so I can claim the ship?

[quote]Is there any way this can be corrected so I can claim the ship?[/quote] Your triumphs show the 'Crescendo' triumph as being incomplete, iirc that one awards an Organic Specimen. Can you check in-game under Triumphs -> Echoes -> Encore? The sources should be ~2/3 from failsafe, 2 from the 'failsafe research' triumph section, and the final one is Encore Expert (Crescendo triumph) - so the encore triumph may be a 6th one and a possible workaround
