Intrinsic perks for Choir of One
I have completed every triumph and opened every chest in the Encore Overture mission and got the weapon lvl up to 18 and yet the barrel perks and stocks are still locked? Any ideas?

2 RepliesI'm just throwing this out there but when you crafted it did you make sure to upgrade the frame for the gun? It goes up to Command Frame IV.
