Spirit of Verity
I got this on an Exotic and since I play as a Hunter, I'm curious if it's worth hanging on to. Feedback and insight would be appreciated.

2 RepliesIf you have room, vault it. Otherwise I'd say trash. Personal opinion, obviously, but it's not something that I'd build into, at least at the moment. Perhaps if the release different grenades in future it might become more viable.

No disrespect to Dattos newest video where he said it was rated high with his subscribers but he thought it was meh. I disagree and when used in a grenade build it’s strong. I’m not sure how it pairs with Hunter grenades though and if there are viable Hunter grenade builds. Maybe hang on to it. Sometimes there’s stupid good interactions no one expects.

As a hunter, look at your grenades on prismatic. Spirit of Verity is a damage boost to those grenades. Duskfield, Grapple, Magnetic, Swarm, Arcbolt. Duskfield and Arcbolt don’t do enough damage to be worth considering. Duskfield is all about the debuff while Arcbolt is just underpowered. I’d mess around with them and see if you like the others. Grapple and Magnetic especially can be very strong if build for them.

I have veritys/osmiomancy which I like. But to be honest, just spend more time with getaway artist than any exotic class item.

5 RepliesTbh tough to say I've heard it's good for some grenades but not for all of them. Like unbreakable+thermite+verity would be good but not sure about Hunter. Especially since I've only seen the melee builds.
