Stasis shards generated by prismatic aren't counting as an elemental pickup
As the title says, stasis shards made via prismatic (from the facet of command or awakening) aren't counting towards any elemental pickup mod or perk. I'm not getting collective action or any armor charge from elemental charge. Yet other elemental pickups work just fine
