Missing lost encryption bit
So I started working on the exotic khovostov quest and didn't realize that my inventory was full for the lost encryption bits, and when I opened my first regional chest, it didn't drop for me, and now I'm worried I'm screwed on getting all the bits required for it.
Is there another way to re-acquire/receive extra lost encryption bits? Or am I screwed?
