Hello. I played Destiny for years on XBox, but recently purchased an Alienware M18R2 to also play some other PC games that I wanted to try. So this time I thought it was a good idea to merge my account with Steam and purchased the full expansion pass for PC; plus past expansions at discounts. Installed it at release day and just getting Blue Screen at start. I am just in complete shock that software that is maintained as long as Destiny 2 can cause a BOD.
It is definitely caused by Destiny as the Windows minidumps clearly indicate BEDaisy.sys as the cause 100% of the time. Other games work fine or at least crash properly without tearing the whole system down. I tried many of the tips found on the internet and the Battleye FAQ (tried everything there). I filed a ticket with them, got a ticket number, and now silence for almost a week.
I see that these problems happened for years, but I do not find any really recent post and tips that worked on my system, which makes this even more frustrating as I do not know how to troubleshoot this anymore. I am back on Xbox now paying another $50 (grrr).
Does anyone know a way to get some sort of tech support for my $100+ from Battleye, Bungie, Steam, or even Dell?
Thanks and best regards,
Sjur Eido.

What fixed it for me was two things 1. if you’re on NVIDIA roll back your drivers to the May 21st ones, the June 4th one is messed up and causing crashes on lots of games 2. https://youtu.be/NR5IPyaru_Y?si=tKvEoBw5YvIYAxrC
