The big issue is with 2x restoration I can become unkillable in a master dungeon and that's what they ended up fixing.

I would say they need 2 buffs to it. One, revert the healing back to what it use to be back in Witchqueen when it first came out and two, revert the duration nerf on Sunspots. Those 2 changes would make it actually useful again. If anyone complains it would make you too overpowered, remember that Scorn Crossbows exist and also that, for Crucible at least, Bungie can nerf the heal in that side of the game only to make it not so broken or give it a cooldown (only in Crucible Bungie, don't go throwing one into PvE) on the sunspot when your health gets low part.

I can say the same about a dozen exotic armors. Bungie devs are bad. They say they want balance but then they make something meta. That's not balance. I take off all my exotic armor and go into trials, guess what? Still same outcome. Which means legendary armor sadly are still on par with exotics. D1 devs are rolling over in their grave.

I think it’s a shame as well, but Lorely has had its time in the sun. Several times. It’s not good for the game to just rebuff the same old exotics that have been used for years. The newer Pyrogale gauntlets are a lot of fun and have been performing nicely in Master GoA recently. I would like to see an additional trait added to it. Maybe when you are standing in a Sunspot, Solar weapon kills create the Cyclones? It’s fun, but the only thing it really gives of value is the super change. Nobody cares about Consecration.

It’s not It’s still pretty damn great

Lorely is still kinda reliable, but is overshadowed. I'd say it's on par with Hunter healing exotics. None being godroll, but none being terrible.
