36K to 106k and then back down to 37k.
Bungie maybe if you actually look into making your game fun instead of treating it like a tick box exercise it might bring players back.

It's a crazy concept that some people play for fun and to socialize. I think it's kewl to have a harder mode for try-hards, but the casual players also need to have more options.

4 RepliesNo it just brings back the bad people that couldn’t get anything done. that is simply it lol

1 ReplyThe game would fall off quick if it was always that easy

19 RepliesComparing weekends to weekdays like a true intelligent being would. Well done. No notes.

Everything is on fire and it should burn forever. Also, fix your game.

6 RepliesTbh it just proved something. Gunplay when guns are strong is fun. Currently in d2 abilities are all over the place (even replacing gunplay) And guns are just tools to activate mechanics / stun champions etc... A lot of guns work well in pve yes...but why bother shooting at one ennemy at a time / emptying a mag to kill 2 ennemies or so...when i can just spam nades or melees to clean an entiere room in seconds.

1 ReplyHow else will you get your paragraphs worth of story each week by doing a run of (seasonal arena here) and doing 2 patrols?

3 Repliesthe game was fun

4 RepliesI agree! Basic content should be easy and Master content should be difficult. There doesn’t need to be a middle ground as the baseline. Not sure where Bungie got the idea that all content needs to be harder overall but this only discourages average players and new lights. Had several new clan mates that were excited to get their legendary campaigns done this weekend so they could catch up to light level. Even with help readily available they were still very hesitant to even try until they felt like they could contribute or had a better chance to make it and not “waste their time.” If there is a cheese that makes the difficult content of the game easier, then more often than not it will be used. For example, say there are two paths to get to the same goal: one goes up a mountain before getting there and the other is a light decline to the end. That mountain path is going to only be taken by a few. The tougher path will clearly make you stronger so that you can tackle new challenges when there isn’t an easy path, but as you can see there aren’t that many that will take the path of least resistance.

Uhoh, Hit six figures weeks into the season. If this weekend proved anything its that the playerbase really likes pure fun activities. Maybe this last weekend could turn into something. I wouldn't know what, but just seems like there was something there. Other than people commenting about achievements that was some of the least arguing there's been on here in a while.

6 RepliesPeople work lol 😆

Week over week it went up over 20k, which is significant considering a lot of PvP players were sitting it out waiting for the bug to be over. But also, the Crota raid had a higher player turnout than the release of the new season. Should tell Bungie something, but will they listen.

1 ReplyHope they interpret this data correctly...

1 ReplyI'd never heard the term 'tick box exercise' before now, and I always like learning new things. Thanks!
