How do we get Dreaming Spectrum shader if we can't get curated last wish guns?
If there is a way lmk, If not then the Rivensbane seal is locked behind an unobtainable item.

Unless they changed it with the rerelease of the guns, they must drop on random guns. I have dreaming spectrum and I've never done the raid, only got the chests. AFAIK curated guns don't drop from the chests.
