my cross save doesn't work (Ps5 to Pc)
i tried to connect my steam account but for some reason it doesn't let me pick the characters i want. Can someone help me please?

1 ReplyEdited by silentbutviolent: 6/13/2023 2:24:35 PMit sounds like you selected the wrong account as the primary (steam), which should have been your ps5. you need to disable cross-save, wait the mandatory 90 day cool down and re-activate cross-save selecting your ps5 (if that's the characters you want to play) as the primary account. bungie won't change if for you, they stopped doing that because so many people were having the same issue.

1 ReplyEdited by ADragonWithin: 6/13/2023 2:25:47 PMYou don't currently have Cross-Save enabled. Just linking your Steam ID to your Bungie.net profile doesn't auto-enable Cross-Save. Please go to this page to start setting up Cross-Save: https://www.bungie.net/CrossSave . When setting up Cross-Save, remember to use your username, not an email, to log into Steam for authentication, and when asked to select your main platform, that you choose the platform where your save data is.
